I had four major surgeries at 2 different hospitals before going to Northcrest. Right away I met very helpful and nice people that made me feel comfortable and cared for.  They explained what they were doing and why, while making me feel at home. The people at Northcrest and Care Initiatives do really care. Hats off to all of you!

Ravenwood treats Mom with dignity, respect and love. Every staff member we have had contact with is making a difference for Mom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I spent three weeks in the rehab wing of NorthCrest after major surgery. I could not be more complimentary of the wonderful staff and care I received. Every staff person made me feel that my recovery was their primary goal. I never comment on public postings but feel I must in this case. Waterloo is fortunate to have this facility.

Dear staff as you know my mother passed a week ago.You made my mothers last year happy and fulfilling. She loved eveyone who works there she made lots of friends also. You always treated her with dignity and caring compassion.I witnessed it everytime I was there visiting. I am writing this to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do. 

   If you should ever have to go through a terrible time as we did, please remember Ridgewood and Care Initiatives Hospice - Albia. You will never be alone.

Everyone was so kind to our mother and to all of us while she was a resident. We really appreciate all of the support you have given us. Thank you so much!

Thank you goes out to Care Initiatives Hospice (Sioux City) who recently helped guide my father through the final stages of his life. Your services were timely, effective, compassionate and well delivered. A special thank you goes out to Heidi and those that attended to our father's needs!

We've enjoyed the time spent here with you and getting to know everyone. We appreciate the TLC the staff has given Charley which made his stay so comfortable. 

We appreciate you all for providing Mom with comfort, safety and friendship for the last 14 years. We feel so fortunate to have had a facility so close to us. You will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Thank you for your dedication and the crae that you give to all. Thank for working so hard to keep everyone safe during this crazy epidemic. We can't thank you enough for all that you do for my mother. Many of you have known her for a long time and for some it has been over 10 years. Living so far away in Michigan has meant our visites are never often enough, and now it is unknown when we can come again. Please know that you are in our prayers, and we appreciation you all so much.
