Thank you so much for the peace in lily in memory of our mother. Mom enjoyed participating in the many activities you offered. Most of all, she appreciated the care and comfort given by the staff. Thanks again for your loved care to Mom and to us.

Just want to say "thank you" and to pass it along to the nurses for all you do for my son, John, and the other residents! Your compassion and hard work is very much appreciated!
Happy Nurses Week!

I enjoy being here! The staff is hard-working, the food is good, and there are lots of activities to participate in. I knew quite a few of the staff before coming to Belle Plaine Specialty Care and have made many friends since! I enjoy enjoys in Sara’s office and visiting as I have known her since she was a little girl. The facility is “cheery” and I would recommend it to anyone!

The staff at Crestview provided excellent care to our grandmother throughout her stay there. They were personable and caring and communicated regularly with family members when concerns or issues came up with her health status. From the onset of COVID-19 the staff took all precautions to protect the patients while also keeping them connected to family when possible. The facility is clean, the staff are skilled and kind, and the administrator is accessible to family members. I recommend Crestview to others seeking residential care for aging family members.

The nurses are very good to us. Everybody seems friendly and we get to meet new people that are enjoyable to talk with. Everything is very neat and clean. CNA’s are happy to wait on all of us. There is church three times a week and it’s nice to have that opportunity. I like that visitors are always welcome.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the care my sister is receiving. She has Alzheimer’s and other than her difficulty remembering, she is in good physical shape. No family should have to deal with such a disease, but since we have no choice in this matter, it is nice to have a facility that takes care of the residents the way your staff does.

Dan was a resident from January, 2013, until June 11, 2016. He received wonderful care throughout that time, as did his wife who passed in December, 2013. Dan transitioned to the care under Care Initiatives Hospice in April, 2016. As his family, we were thoroughly impressed by the extraordinary, compassionate care provided by your entire team for Dan as well as for us. We thank all of you for what you do with such grace.
