Care Initiatives is a non-profit organization. Our earnings are reinvested in our nursing homes and staff in the form of improvements, new facilities, high quality staff and new care programs. We are committed to transparency and accountability and encourage you to explore our 990 disclosures.
Since 1989, Care Initiatives has reinvested millions of dollars into the communities we serve. This takes the form of renovations and facility improvements, local sponsorships and donations, and increased specialty programs throughout our care facilities to best serve our residents. In addition, we have contributed to furthering the education of our team members through educational opportunities, and extensive renovations to care facilities are ongoing.
