    Located in West Branch, IA, Crestview Specialty Care is licensed to provide quality care to up to 65 residents, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We serve residents from Cedar County, Iowa, and many surrounding communities.

    We are committed to providing our residents with an active and engaging quality of life through daily programming, social and educational activities, and services that promote physical health, provide mental stimulation, increase engagement and help our residents thrive in a home-like setting.

    Care Initiatives is Iowa’s largest nonprofit provider of high-quality skilled nursing care, hospice care, assisted living, independent living, memory care and more. With 60 locations across the Midwest, Care Initiatives and the team at Crestview Specialty Care are ready to assist.

    Very well organized, the staff are supportive and caring. How do I know you might ask? I am inpatient here for a short while. The place is clean and the staff arealways kind and friendly…no matter what time of day you need care.

    Crestview is a beautiful community with amazing staff that meets the needs of all residents. Always doing fun activities. It’s wonderful to walk down the hall and hear laughter and enjoyment from the residents and staff.

    These are the most caring, gentle, patient Medical Nurses and Nursing Assistants I’ve ever known! They are genuine and Fun!I love them all so very much! They really cared about and for me. They are the BEST!

    Crestview is truly a BEAUTIFUL community! There is new leadership whom are very welcoming and eager to serve and connect with their community! The residents were cheerful and were encouraged to participate in our Community Event by leadership! What a great visit!

    Fantastic Place to live while healing. Everyone was so kind. Only suggeston is i'd like my laundy returned including my new clothes 3 outfits and my shoes.If i had to return this would be my first choice...

    Created in 1989, Care Initiatives is the largest nonprofit operator of quality skilled nursing locations in Iowa. Today, Care Initiatives operates a total of 43 skilled nursing care locations, two assisted living locations, seven independent living locations, and eight hospice office locations.
