    Staff and tenants are wonderful and the building is extremely clean. There's always something going on; whether it be a game of BINGO, shuffleboard, or bowling, there's a daily activity to fit all interests. Would highly recommend for place of employment or residence.

    Created in 1989, Care Initiatives is the largest single operator of quality skilled nursing locations in Iowa. Today, Care Initiatives operates a total of 43 skilled nursing care locations, two assisted living locations, nine independent living locations, and eight hospice office locations.
