I as so grateful for all the staff that is at this facility. They have been amazing with my father and myself from me reaching out with an inquiry for admission to his day of check out. He is transferring to another facility and trust me when I say I am not happy but it was his choice. THE ONLY REASON is that he want's to be with "his" Veterans in Marshalltown. He is a proud Veteran and is ready to spend time with them. I am super happy with the treatment and care that they gave him and if this new adventure with him does not work out I will absolutely bring him back here.I am sad to see him go but would like to thank the staff for all they do. It's a great facility and I/we appreciate them all!A. Davis

The staff at Northcrest made a bad situation better. My father in law spent almost 6 months there after a series of illnesses. The staff got to know him and treated him like family. Jen even gave him her personal cell phone to call with anything he needed. The day he left for home was bittersweet with tears shed by him and the staff. Thanks so much for all you did for him!!! Alisha was amazing at helping us with the many stepping stones to get home! There is no place like home but everyone did what they could to make it the best it could be!

We were highly recommended of North Crest care givers and their high recover rates. Our father was placed here in skilled nursing while he was going through bladder cancer and chemo treatments. He needed more care than my brother and I could give him. My fathers nurse, Haley was awesome and wonderful with my father. Haley kept my dad on track with his meds, driving arrangements to his cancer treatments and extra care upon his return each week. The CNA helpers in my fathers hall were attentive and ready to help at all times. They assisted with all my fathers needs and his physical therapy. Every day our father grew stronger and with the help of North Crest caregivers he was able to regain his strength and return home as originally planned👍
