    Recently my friends Mother passed away. The way your staff cared for her was wonderful. My friend has many sisters and her Hospice care giver keep them all in touch and shared phone calls with their Mom. Care and dignity that's what you give to them. Thank you just doesn't seem to express my gratitude.A friend of a friend.

    Created in 1989, Care Initiatives is the largest nonprofit operator of quality skilled nursing locations in Iowa. Today, Care Initiatives operates a total of 43 skilled nursing care locations, two assisted living locations, seven independent living locations, and eight hospice office locations.
