Care Initiatives Hospice - Waterloo was there when I needed my wife comfortable in her last few hours. Nurse Nancy was always in contact with me to inform me of updates, and she was even there for my Wife's visitation when she passed. Received several calls from Amy, the social worker, to see if there is anything I needed. So much help was offered by so many, too many to mention. My love and thanks to all. Don & Karen Carlo. K.C.-D.C. Forever.

l've had unfortunate circumstances tofortunately have Care Initiatives involved in the cares of both my mother and mother-in-law within the last 3 months. Old school hospice is to make the patient comfortable in their lastdays. Care Initiatives looks at their quality of life. Not only were they on scene the day we called them, but they gave us support with a nurse, nurse aide, social worker, religious leader, and Lyric with an amazing voice. They took their time to know the patient and the family and were there in a time of need! Thank you!

Care Initiative Hospice did an amazing job when my Mother passed away. During the last couple days of my life they not only made my Mom comfortable, but the family as well. They were very comforting and blended in with my family as if my Mom was a part of them too. They took care of food, when nobody thought about it. Their grief counseling has been helpful as well. What a wonderful group to be around at a time like that

Care initiatives did wonderful with my mom in her final days. Wish we had them involved sooner as they are there as long as a patient needs. Also wonderful support to the family and continue to check up on me a few months after losing my mom. Thank you care initiatives
