Sioux City Hospice benefits from bear donation
Four years ago, Mike “Bear” Ruehle lost his 12-year battle with cancer. In his memory, each year there is a Mike “Bear” Ruehle stuffed bear donation drive. Teddy bears that are collected are then given to children and adults in the Sioux City, Omaha and surrounding area.
Southern Hills gets some love

Jovee Blakely, 7, holds flowers she purchased from Flowers n More with money from doing extra chores, and cards she and her family made. Jovee passed out the cards and flowers to the residents of Southern Hills Specialty Care on Valentines Day.
Corydon's 4th Annual Chili Cook-off
Corydon Specialty Care held their 4th annual chili cook-off. Judges were Christy Allen, George Pearson, and Glen Williams. There were 5 entries. It turns out, our maintenance supervisor, Ryan Clark, also has mad chili-making skills. He takes home the championship this year.
