Those locations are: Avoca Lodge, Circle Terrace Lodge in Manly, Dunlap Assisted Living, Estabrook Lodge in Eldora, Lamoni Assisted Living, Odebolt Assisted Living, Panora Assisted Living, and Valley Lodge in Correctionville.
