Our family would like to express our gratitude for the care you gave Mother as a resident for almost two years. We found all staff to be most professional and very caring. Her room was spotless and staff was always willing to address concerns. We feel Southern Hills is a shining example of caring for those who are unable to care for themselves.

From the moment I walked into Southern Hills I knew this was the place for Mom. Thank you for the love you gave her and sharing your memories with me. I am deeply grateful for all you have done. 

The nurses and staff are so loving and caring.... Mom loves them and feels so safe! Thanks for all you do everyday.

Dear staff as you know my mother passed a week ago.You made my mothers last year happy and fulfilling. She loved eveyone who works there she made lots of friends also. My mother has only been at Southern Hills for a few months, but I have been extremely happy with the her quality of care. The staff treats her with love & compassion. They communicate clearly & regularly with me. Our family has had experience with four other LTC facilities over the last 12 years here in Iowa. Southern Hills is by far the very best we've experienced.

My father Robert B. has had the best care ever. All the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure all his needs were met.
