I’ve certainly enjoyed staying at Ravenwood. The staff are very cheerful and have an excellent attitude. I have been pleased with all of your services. If I have a problem in the future that required a nursing home stay, I would choose to return to Ravenwood.

It’s obviously difficult and scary to think about a loved one’s time coming to an end, but for my family, it came down to the comfortability and helping my grandma feel loved in her final days. I didn’t know a lot about hospice until this point and that made me really nervous, but we had someone by our side from Care Initiatives through every step. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question with compassion. My family never felt alone, and I think it takes quality people to achieve that. I couldn’t have asked for better people to have at our side.

I would like to thank each and everyone of you for the excellent care your provided for my wife. She was treated with care, respect and love. You all wer true professionals and she loved living at your facility. She told me often how kind everyone was to her. Too often when someone has a chronic illness, their dignity disappears bit by bit. That did not happen for my beautiful wife, because you all cared so much for her and the other residents. I can never thank you enough for all you did for her and for us.

It is so evident to us that all of the staff at Manly [Specialty Care] are very caring people. We sincerely thank you for the help and kindness you showed Chuck, as well as his wife and son. It was such a difficult time in our lives together, but you made it much easier.

I like the place. The staff are really nice and the food is decent. Justin Blumenthal the administrator is really friendly, helpful, and nice to talk to.

I would like to thank your staff on every shift at Care Initiatives - State Center for looking after my friend and neighbor. I would appreciate very much if you could let the evening and night shifts know how she is a kind and loving person and has been throughout her life. I'm thankful that she has a place to turn to in the time of her life where she needs more assistance.

...the nurses and staff are extremely dedicated to each resident. I was blessed to have my mother experience their loving care. In fact, I saw my mother bloom during her stay at Heritage. It was so sweet when I realized that most of the staff, lovingly called her Grandma. My love and everlasting thanks to each of you. 

Thank you for the care you are giving our loved ones when we can not be there. We pray for your health and safety during this pandemic. You are guardian angels for  L***. I know she doesn't understand why we can't visit. But you are there to giver her a smile and a touch for us. Thanks again.
