A huge thank you to all of you. What you have been through has been stressful on your bodies and minds. You are very appreciated and very special.

My dealings with Ravenwood Care Initiatives was very positive when their caring staff cared for my 94yr old father recovering from a hip replacement. A caring and congenial staff is a direct result of the respect and care they receive from their employers. If I had a medical degree, I’d get a job at this facility in a heartbeat.

I wish to express my personal satisfaction for the excellent care I received at Southridge. Your staff was great. The rehab team was also great. They were all very professional and we obviously interested in my recovery.

We want to thank you for all your thoughtfulness and kindess in making our wish come true. Francis is a horseman through and through and so enjoyed his time with Misty. It also eased his mind to see how well she is doing. Thank you for giving us a day of special memories.

My Dad is currently here in V.A. Hospice. I couldn't be more pleased with the care he is receiving from ALL of the staff here. Thank you so much.

From the moment I talked with Admissions about the possibility of (having Mom) come to Ravenwod, to the present, we have been welcomed like family. The staff made the paperwork painless; the nursing staff took over Mom's health care; and the social worker has aided me every step of the way. Thank you all for making Ravenwood home! 

We would like to thank everyone (Chariton) for the very nice Christmas party. Tim and I really enjoyed it. The entertainment was good too. We wish all of you a great 2020.

I want to thank you for the great care for my sister for many years. Everyone there was always friendly to me and helpful. I wished I had (have) lived closer than two hours to visit her more.

The nursing team is amazing and so VERY compassionate to residents and their families. The administration staff is helpful, kind and truly genuine in their desire to help families and their loved ones. I never considered any of the staff as my co-workers...they are my friends and I loved working with them all.

I would like to comment on the excellent care we received from (Care Initiatives Hospice - Greenfield) Melissa, Becky and Lori. Becky listened to people and took her time and did not rush even though she had many miles to go before calling it a day. I have nothing but praise for the people who do this work. Keep up the good work and God's blessings upon you.

I spent 3 weeks at NorthCrest in Jan 2018 recovering from major surgery. The following are my impressions of the facility. Physical building-the building was kept very clean, safe, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff seemed to be very thorough. The rooms are not large but were adequate for my needs. Food-the food was better than I expected in a nursing home environment. Staff-I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Both nurses and CNA’s were excellent caretakers. Since returning home I have sung your praises everywhere!

Mom was there the day the Manly nursing home opened to start caring for people. The care and compassion that she received her last couple weeks was amazing - not only for her but our family. We are so grateful our mother was surrounded by such a dedicated staff. 

I do believe this is one of the best. NorthCrest is wonderful!

To the staff...You are all awesome!! You are definitely a team and a team of heroes. I want to thank you for making a difficult time in my life a little easier. I kind [of] hesitated to come and now it's hard to leave. Thank you all and good luck!
