Loretta Frahm chosen for Care Initiatives’ Be Consistent Award
Loretta Frahm, business office manager at Correctionville Specialty Care received the Be Consistent Award at Care Initiatives’ annual award brunch Friday, Dec. 15 in West Des Moines.
“Loretta has always embodied the idea of consistency and excellence. She knows our policies like the back of her hand and holds others accountable,” Administrator Tanner Mackey said. “She is the person I go to bounce ideas and problems off of because I know she will steer me down the most ethical, fair and moral path on the road to a solution.”
Tiffney Deerberg Earns Serve Others Award
Tiffney Deerberg, certified nurse assistant at Mechanicsville Specialty Care, received the Serve Others Award at Care Initiatives annual awards brunch Friday, Dec. 15 in West Des Moines.
The award is given to a Care Initiatives employee who embodies the company’s core value to compassionately serve others and their needs as defined by them.
Penny Williams Chosen as Care Initiatives’ Employee of the Year
Penny Williams, business office manager and certified nurse assistant at Chariton Specialty Care, has received the Employee of the Year Award at Care Initiatives’ annual award brunch Friday, Dec. 15 in West Des Moines.
The Employee of the Year Award is given to a nominated employee who best demonstrates the company’s Mission Statement: Improving quality of life for Iowans and their families during life’s health transitions through compassionate, individualized care.
