Stratford Specialty Care earns Bronze National Quality Award
Stratford Specialty Care has been recognized as a 2019 recipient the American Health Care Association (AHCA) Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award. The program honors AHCA members across the country who have demonstrated their dedication to improving quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
“We are all so proud of this recognition,” said Administrator Jessica Walker. “On the heels of earning a spot on the National Nursing Home Quality Care Honor Roll, this award demonstrates our continuing dedication to improving the lives of the residents we care for every day. We are looking ahead to the next level.”
The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Providers begin the quality improvement process at the Bronze level, where they develop an organizational profile with essential performance elements such as vision, mission statement, and key strengths and challenges. Bronze applicants must also demonstrate their ability to implement a performance improvement system. Stratford Specialty Care may now move forward in developing approaches and achieving performance levels that meet the Silver - Achievement in Quality Award criteria.
The awards will be presented during AHCA/NCAL’s 70th Convention & Expo in Orlando, Florida, October 13-16.
