Valley Lodge earns Insuffency Free recognition
July 3,2018 - Valley Lodge Assisted Living, affiliated with Correctionville Specialty Care, recently completed their bi-annual survey based on the Recertification Monitoring Evaluation program conducted by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals (DIA). The results of the survey are an insufficiency free report, meaning no deficiencies were reported.
DIA survey teams conduct on-site inspections to assess the quality of care and services provided to residents and tenants. The recertification is based on tenant/family satisfaction, program history, and on-site monitoring evaluation.
“Our entire facility, including tenants, staff, families and volunteers work together as a team to make Valley Lodge safe, supportive and comfortable,” says administrator Tanner Mackey.
Valley Lodge Assisted Living is a 9-unit community providing a living solution for seniors who require some level of assistance with daily activities, but still have a desire to remain active and maintain a level of daily independence.
