    For Ray Taylor of Ottumwa, it was horses that brought out the best in him as a kid, even in the toughest of times. On Tuesday, July 31, he was able to regain that sensation one more time with help from staff of Care Initiatives Hospice in partnership with Victory Ranch.

  • Sibley Specialty Care Passes State Survey with Zero Deficiencies

    Sibley Specialty Care is pleased to announce it has received a “Deficiency Free” result on its annual survey in July 2018 by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals. There are 412 nursing facilities in Iowa. Generally, only 5 percent are found to be deficiency-free.
