About
Kingsley Specialty Care serves many purposes but first and foremost as extended family providing the best in medical healthcare. Located near Sioux City, Kingsley Specialty Care has become a second home to longstanding community members from Kingsley, Moville, Pierson, Lawton and others who have spent most of their lives among neighbors and friends in Plymouth and Woodbury County.
Our skilled, professional staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants are also members of this community. They pride themselves on providing the best all-around care engaging each individual resident in his/her physical wellbeing as well as emotionally, spiritually and intellectually.
With both private and semi-private rooms, residents enjoy a homelike setting with all the comforts of small town living including the best medical care available and restaurant-like dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
A variety of activities keep residents busy, including a daily 2:30 p.m. social hour, bowling competitions and bingo. We also have a variety of resident outings around the Kingsley-Sioux City area on a monthly basis.
Additionally, other members of the community benefit from Kingsley Specialty Care through its outpatient therapy programming. Whether a student athlete needs physical therapy or a stroke victim just needs a little help in re-establishing speech patterns, our therapists are here on a daily basis to meet the community’s health-related concerns.
Please consider stopping by for a visit and chatting with our staff and residents. We encourage you to experience for yourself the family atmosphere at Kingsley Nursing & Rehab Center.
We would love to meet with you to discuss how we can be of service.
