Earlier in the year, a survey was sent out company-wide and completed by approximately 1,000 employees. A central theme in employee concerns was a lack of direct communication from the home office to our team members. I recognize this need and have been working with the communications department to find a channel to reach our team members directly.

We will pilot a new communication via a company blog accessible by QR code signs. The communications department will send messages from leadership out every Wednesday starting next week. Each message will be a five-minute or less read and will contain vital information on our mission, values, and upcoming company news. We will include this information in a hard copy newsletter sent directly to your locations.
