State Center Specialty Care receives highest rating fourth year in a row

For the fourth year in a row State Center Specialty Care has earned a “Deficiency Free” result on its Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals annual survey.  There are 412 nursing facilities in Iowa. Generally, only 5 percent are found to be deficiency-free.
