I spent 3 weeks at NorthCrest in Jan 2018 recovering from major surgery. The following are my impressions of the facility. Physical building-the building was kept very clean, safe, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff seemed to be very thorough. The rooms are not large but were adequate for my needs. Food-the food was better than I expected in a nursing home environment. Staff-I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Both nurses and CNA’s were excellent caretakers. Since returning home I have sung your praises everywhere!

My "disaster" enabled me to meet the most wonderful and caring people during my nearly month-long stay. God Bless You! 

The staff worked so well together and seemed to really enjoy the patients and each other. Leslie and Paulette have created an effective and compassionate culture of caring. The staff always seemed to welcome Lori/family as part of the team, encouraging our input as they educated us.

I want to thank each and every one of you. I could not have gotten as far as I am now, after my stroke, if it would not have been for all of you! Life is a journey and we all have our troubles and obstacles to overcome. You have made the road easier for me!

I like it here because I like the people here and the nurses are nice. I like all the activities, especially bingo! I really like being here.

Overall pleased with the care my grandfather recieved. He wasn't there long, but I'm convinced he went peacefully. My grandfather was there from the middle of October to the middle of November before he passed away from his illnesses. The staff were really supportive with the emotional rollercoaster experience this was!!!! So thank you from the N******* F**** family ?

I must commend the therapy staff. Over the years I have spent many hours in many different therapy departments. I would rate the caring staff at NorthCrest at the top of the list. 

I first want to start by saying – this is why I wanted to come back to NorthCrest Specialty Care. I think all of your OT and physical therapy are great. I’ve learned a lot through them. The staff are great and helpful. Also, they are understanding and if you have questions, they always seem to have the answers and if they don’t know, they try to find out for you. Your nurses are great. If you need something, they get it if they can. I like all of you very much!
