We are so fortunate to have had our father recover from an injury and be rehabilitated at NorthCrest Care Facility. The patience and thoughtfulness that all the staff from the front offices to the building maintenance workers was 1st class and very much appreciated. 

My family member "loves" NorthCrest and the care provided in rehabiltion. Thank you for your service!

I spent 3 weeks at NorthCrest in Jan 2018 recovering from major surgery. The following are my impressions of the facility. Physical building-the building was kept very clean, safe, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff seemed to be very thorough. The rooms are not large but were adequate for my needs. Food-the food was better than I expected in a nursing home environment. Staff-I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Both nurses and CNA’s were excellent caretakers. Since returning home I have sung your praises everywhere!

The therapists were very professional, compassionate, and instrumental in strengthening and preparing our father to go home again. The nursing staff kept on top of all the medical needs our father needed during his recovery period here. They were very polite and kept us up to date with Dad’s medical progress. The nursing aids were kind, patient, and prompt with Dad’s personal needs and safety. 

I do believe this is one of the best. NorthCrest is wonderful!

I first want to start by saying – this is why I wanted to come back to NorthCrest Specialty Care. I think all of your OT and physical therapy are great. I’ve learned a lot through them. The staff are great and helpful. Also, they are understanding and if you have questions, they always seem to have the answers and if they don’t know, they try to find out for you. Your nurses are great. If you need something, they get it if they can. I like all of you very much!

The care I have been given at Northcrest has been exceptional. The staff is attentive and the facility is comfortable, clean and a fine place to recover. 

I spent three weeks in the rehab wing of NorthCrest after major surgery. I could not be more complimentary of the wonderful staff and care I received. Every staff person made me feel that my recovery was their primary goal. I never comment on public postings but feel I must in this case. Waterloo is fortunate to have this facility.
